Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
Familiarity with POS systems are a plus

Job Duties

Welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant and provide exceptional customer service
Assist guests with their inquiries and provide information about hotel and restaurant amenities, services, and local attractions
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate table or individual
Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Collaborate with other hosting staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
