Originating in Riverside, California, the flagship Market Broiler restaurant has earned the prestigious "Best for Seafood" title for over thirty years and has been voted the Best Restaurant in Riverside multiple times by the readers of the Riverside Press-Enterprise. With a solid reputation for combining high-quality food with warm hospitality, Market Broiler has expanded its presence with six additional locations across California, including Fremont, Huntington Beach, Orange, Ontario, Simi Valley, and Torrance. Each of these locations features a unique atmosphere; Fremont and Huntington Beach locations offer a casual neighborhood dining experience, while the others embrace an energetic entertainment vibe suitable for larger crowds and bustling traffic.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our team as Restaurant Hosts. This is an excellent opportunity for those new to the restaurant industry as no previous experience is required. The role is designed for those who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy engaging with guests. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly
  • Manage seating and wait lists efficiently
  • Assist guests with inquiries about the menu or restaurant policies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Coordinate with servers and management to optimize guest flow
  • Provide excellent customer service to create a positive dining experience
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly
