Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly
- Manage seating and wait lists efficiently
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu or restaurant policies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Coordinate with servers and management to optimize guest flow
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive dining experience
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly
