Job Requirements
- 1 year experience at a full-service restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
- Familiarity with reservation or POS systems preferred
- Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist, quote accurate wait times, and record guest information in the reservation system
- Plan and rotate guest seating strategically to support service flow and server balance
- Coordinate large party seating using the party guide
- Accommodate special seating requests when possible
- Escort guests to tables, present menus, and provide server introductions
- Communicate guest needs to servers and management as needed
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables promptly if needed to ensure smooth guest turnover
- Thank departing guests and invite them to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless and excellent guest experience
- When multiple hosts are scheduled, responsibilities will be divided and assigned to maximize efficiency and elevate the overall hospitality experience
- Create craveable, memorable dining experiences
