Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory culinary role
- hands-on experience with full-service kitchen operations
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Job Qualifications
- proven experience as a head chef or senior kitchen leader in high-volume, full-service kitchens
