Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory culinary role
  • hands-on experience with full-service kitchen operations
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
