Job Duties

Greet all incoming guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude to start their experience off right
Effectively manage the flow of traffic in the lobby and at the entrance
Accurately handle and maintain the guest waitlist, quoting appropriate wait times
Seat guests promptly and efficiently in designated sections, ensuring balanced distribution among servers
Answer guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and wait times with courtesy and accuracy
Assist the management team in monitoring dining room seating capacity and availability
Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
Uphold the companys commitment to providing superior guest service at all times
