The ideal candidate will excel in managing the flow of traffic within the lobby, ensuring guests are seated promptly and efficiently in designated sections to balance server workloads. Handling guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and wait times will be a key part of the responsibilities, demonstrating both courtesy and accuracy. Supporting the management team by monitoring dining room seating capacity and availability also falls within this role.
