Job Duties

  • Greet all incoming guests with enthusiasm and a welcoming attitude to start their experience off right
  • Effectively manage the flow of traffic in the lobby and at the entrance
  • Accurately handle and maintain the guest waitlist, quoting appropriate wait times
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently in designated sections, ensuring balanced distribution among servers
  • Answer guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and wait times with courtesy and accuracy
  • Assist the management team in monitoring dining room seating capacity and availability
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
