Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience
- Full P&L management experience
- Proven leadership skills in high-volume hospitality environments
- Strong financial management and cost control abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with hospitality scheduling and payroll systems
- Current TIPS or CARE certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume environment
- Full P&L management experience with strong financial acumen and the ability to manage labor, control costs, and drive profitability
- Proven ability to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and team members
- Professional, guest-facing presence with a confident and approachable demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor management systems
- Experience with TOAST POS system
- Current ServSafe certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE certification required or ability to obtain
- CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Duties
- Lead all day-to-day operations of Citrus Shack, ensuring high standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
- Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling, fostering a positive and accountable culture
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and efficient execution
- Drive financial performance by managing labor, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service standards, with a strong focus on outdoor operations
- Oversee POS systems, reporting, inventory, and cash-handling procedures to ensure operational accuracy and accountability
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and programming teams to support activations, events, and a cohesive experience
- Stay attuned to guest feedback, trends, and competitive offerings to continuously improve Citrus Shack
