Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations

Job Duties
- Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
- Ensure excellent food quality and consistency
- Oversee timely meal delivery with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
- Lead service education and training programs for staff
- Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
- Coordinate timely food production
- Collaborate with Chef on food quality and presentation
- Participate in financial planning and budget management
- Execute marketing plans and adapt to new opportunities
- Supervise hiring, training, and performance appraisal of employees
- Manage cost control including payroll and sales costs
- Address and resolve employee complaints and operational issues
