- Write schedules and manage work processes within budget and performance guidelines
- Track employee accomplishments and reward achievements
- Order and manage ingredients with a food safety first mentality
- Ensure team follows brand standards for food management and menu preparation
- Meet budget expectations for food costs, labor, and controllable expenses
- Build and execute local store marketing plans to engage the community
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for facilities and grounds
- Use brand standards and tools to involve staff in cleaning activities
