Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Create a great place to work for the team
  • Desire to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

  • Set high standards for oneself and team
  • Enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic restaurant environment
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant team to achieve high performance
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Oversee financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a strong team
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet business goals
