Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • ability to create a great place to work for the team
  • passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
  • vision for operational excellence in a restaurant environment
  • high standards for self and team
  • willingness to embrace the challenges of a dynamic daily environment
  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
