The company prides itself on its dedication to employee development, engagement, and community involvement, making it a preferred employer in the food service industry.

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) role at Ampler dba Taco Bell is an advanced leadership position vital to managing high-volume restaurant operations exceeding $1.5 million in annual sales. This role demands a hands-on leader who excels in operational management, team development, financial acumen, and customer experience leadership. The RGM has full responsibility for the daily activities of a single restaurant with 10 to 45 employees, overseeing all aspects of guest satisfaction, sales growth, profitability, and employee retention. The position requires excellent skills in scheduling, staff coaching, conflict resolution, and adherence to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Additionally, the RGM handles budgeting, inventory management, and Profit & Loss oversight while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

The RGM leads a management team that includes assistant managers and shift supervisors, providing mentorship and performance feedback to foster continuous improvement. They are empowered to make high-level decisions to address operational challenges and opportunities while independently managing daily issues spanning customer service to compliance with health and safety regulations. Working closely with Area Coaches and corporate field operations teams, the RGM is instrumental in implementing company initiatives, maintaining brand audit readiness, and driving breakthrough results in restaurant performance metrics. This role typically requires flexibility to work long or irregular shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, to ensure the restaurant operates at its highest capability. The comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay reflect Ampler's dedication to attracting and retaining top-tier talent who strive to create exceptional guest experiences while advancing their careers in the restaurant industry.
