Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the country
- Must pass a background investigation
- Must be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Must be able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- Must secure reliable transportation to travel to store and other locations occasionally
- Must follow brand standards and guidelines to maintain quality and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and lead effective teams
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain certification by the end of training
Job Duties
- Lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
- Create a service experience that encourages guest loyalty
- Solve problems and make decisions effectively

- Promote proper procedures and a culture of food safety
