We are currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead our dedicated restaurant management team. This role is pivotal in driving the restaurant’s success by focusing on team leadership, customer service excellence, sales achievement, and operational standards. The RGM acts as a role model and leader, setting the tone for a positive, family-friendly environment where employees feel valued and customers receive superior service. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the country
  • Must pass a background investigation
  • Must be willing and able to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Must be able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • Must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • Must secure reliable transportation to travel to store and other locations occasionally
  • Must follow brand standards and guidelines to maintain quality and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain certification by the end of training
