Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
  • Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and schedules
  • Eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
  • Commitment to company policies and food safety standards
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and lead effective teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to customer service excellence
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
