Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
- Secure reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations as needed
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours and schedules
- Eligible to work in the country and pass a background check
- Commitment to company policies and food safety standards
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to build and lead effective teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
Job Duties
