Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management
- minimum 5 years of management experience in a related role
- proven ability to manage full P&L and financial operations
- experience with scheduling and labor management
- Serve Safe Certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE Certification required
- CPR Certification preferred
- availability to work both morning and evening shifts
- fluency in English
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to maintain health, safety and sanitation compliance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- full P&L management experience
- strong financial acumen
- excellent business communication skills
- strong associate relation skills
- professional appearance and confident attitude
- excellent problem solving skills
- experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management
- experience with TOAST POS system
- current Serve Safe Certification preferred
- TIPS or CARE Certification
- CPR Certification preferred
- ability to work both AM and PM shifts
- fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
- ability to train employees in alcohol intervention, food handling, and sanitation
- effective communication skills with public and employees
Job Duties
- Oversee front-of-house operations
- drive exceptional guest experiences
- manage financial performance including cost control and labor
- uphold service and brand standards
- lead recruitment, training and development of service team
- collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless operations
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
