Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of previous restaurant manager experience required
- Manager ServSafe Certification preferred
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
- Ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas
- Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing and inventory systems a plus

- Ensuring every item that is delivered to the guest meets the highest standards for quality and presentation set by Condado
- Constant awareness of the feel and vibe in the restaurant and setting the standard for the rest of the staff in their location
- Not only finding the best talent, but training and supporting the team daily
- Serving the local community as if they were friends and family
- Knowing how to read and impact your monthly P and L
- Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with our Catering and Marketing departments
- Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health
- Produce daily management communications
- Work with both BOH and FOH teams
- Oversee scheduling
- Conduct staff and management meetings
- Supervision of side work for all roles
- Opening and/or closing
- Maintain personal Condado emails
- Maintain online platforms and reviews
- Build and adjust ordering pars for daily and weekly food, liquor and dry stock orders
- Coordinate catering and off-premise orders
- Temp and taste all food items
