Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant manager experience
  • Manager ServSafe certification preferred
  • Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer preferred
  • Ability to work with Regional Management on weekly, monthly, and quarterly agendas
  • Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and Department of Health
  • Familiarity with scheduling systems, point of sale, invoicing, and inventory systems
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of 4-8 hours
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, shaking, stirring, pouring, and reaching
  • Ability to perform hand and wrist work including grasping, bending, twisting, and fine manipulation
  • Ability to lift and carry weights ranging from 0-50 pounds occasionally over 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience

  • Ability to collaborate with Regional Management on agendas
  • Familiarity with scheduling, point-of-sale, invoicing and inventory systems

  • Finding the best talent and providing daily training and support
  • Serving the local community as friends and family, both inside and outside the restaurant
  • Reading and impacting monthly P&L statements
  • Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with Catering and Marketing departments
  • Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and health authorities
  • Producing daily management communications
  • Working with both BOH and FOH teams
  • Overseeing staff scheduling
  • Conducting staff and management meetings
  • Supervising side work for all roles
  • Opening and/or closing restaurant
  • Maintaining Condado emails
  • Managing online platforms and reviews
  • Building and adjusting ordering pars for food, liquor, and dry stock
  • Coordinating catering and off-premise orders
  • Tasting and temperature checking all food items
