Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven success in high-volume restaurant operations
  • Valid Liquor License
  • Food Manager Certificate
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing financial and administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of previous restaurant managerial experience
  • Proven background managing high-volume operations with $5M+ annual sales
  • Experience in bar and restaurant environments with heavy guest turnover
  • Possession of Liquor License and Food Manager Certificate
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus
  • Flexibility to work late nights, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Uphold company standards to maximize profits and minimize costs, ensuring all policies regarding food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor are met
  • Accurately oversee financial reporting, administrative duties, payroll, and personnel documentation
  • Enforce food safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Lead and coordinate the restaurant team, including Assistant Managers, Kitchen Managers, and hourly employees, providing direction and feedback
  • Foster a professional restaurant environment focusing on cleanliness, uniform presentation, and service standards
  • Administrate daily operations, including shift scheduling, decision-making, and maintaining product quality for an exceptional guest experience
  • Manage feedback, respond to customer complaints, and create a great atmosphere to cultivate a pool of regulars
  • Oversee the on-site POS system, making necessary adjustments, communicating issues with IT, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Ensure employee and guest safety by implementing proper security and risk management practices, completing incident reports as needed
