Job Requirements
- At least 3 years general manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
- Strong understanding of cost and labor systems that lead to restaurant profitability
- Strong communication and leadership skills combined with advanced computer and math skills
- Stable and progressive work history
- Strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of general manager experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, food safety, and service techniques
- Proven track record of positive business results and ability to uphold company policies and standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Advanced computer and math skills
- Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations to ensure excellent food quality and guest service

- Monitor and control costs including labor, inventory, and operational expenses
