Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years restaurant management and supervision experience
- Ability to analyze and interpret operation results
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Ability to perform assigned duties under pressure
- Accuracy in completing assigned duties in a timely manner
- Must be certified in alcohol awareness
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to climb stairs multiple times daily
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently or constantly
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach
- Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
- Use of stairs and elevators
Job Qualifications

- 4-year degree in related fields preferred
- 5-7 years experience in restaurant management and supervision

Job Duties
- Create a strong partnership with culinary and front of house staff to ensure exceptional guest service, consistent dish presentation, and exceptional food quality
- Maintain open communication with staff and foster a team spirit
- Work closely with servers, hostesses, and culinary staff to ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness exceeds expectations
- Supervise and assist in guest service training for all team members
- Manage quality control of the service and timeliness of food and alcohol orders
- Evaluate and respond to guest trends, needs, issues, and comments
- Assist with the development of marketing strategies to drive new visitation, guest loyalty, and VIP player and host driven events
