The open role is for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) who will play a critical leadership role in managing all facets of restaurant operations. The RGM will be accountable for both the operational and financial success of the restaurant, ensuring the business runs smoothly while upholding the company’s standards and best practices. This role requires direct oversight of staff management including recruiting, training, and developing assistant managers, shift managers, and team members to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. The RGM will promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, staff engagement, and conflict resolution to maintain low employee turnover.
From a customer service perspective, the RGM will lead by example to guarantee 100 percent guest satisfaction by enforcing company guest standards, resolving complaints efficiently using company tools and strategies, and continually enhancing the overall dining experience. Operationally, the RGM will oversee adherence to safety procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with health inspection requirements while carefully managing food safety standards to meet quality assurance expectations.
Financial stewardship is equally important, with duties that include managing labor costs, controlling inventory and food costs, conducting audits, and ensuring secure cash handling and deposits per company guidelines. The RGM must demonstrate strong analytical skills for reading financial reports and monitoring inventory accuracy. They will also execute all marketing initiatives to maximize business performance and adapt staffing to meet business demands effectively.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts independently
- Food safety certification per state or local regulations
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Maintenance of acceptable driving record for roles with significant driving
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience managing all shifts without supervision
- Advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related field preferred
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving
Job Duties
- Provide excellent operations management
- Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures including guest services and food safety
- Recruit, train and develop assistant managers, shift managers, and team members
- Conduct timely performance reviews and employee feedback
- Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints effectively
- Manage restaurant financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and company operational procedures
- Implement marketing programs and plan shifts according to business needs
- Communicate operational variances, employee issues, and establish positive relationships with vendors and community
