Job Duties

  • Drive overall departmental financial performance by monitoring budgets, managing costs, and optimizing revenue opportunities
  • Align leadership resources to ensure efficient operations and consistently high-quality guest experiences
  • Develop and execute strategic and mid-term plans to achieve departmental goals and foster growth
  • Lead action planning initiatives based on Guest Satisfaction Scores (GSS), Balanced Scorecards (BSA), Associate Engagement Surveys (AES), P&L performance, and turnover metrics
  • Identify, mentor, and promote high-potential managers to build a strong leadership pipeline
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations and foster a positive work environment
