Job Requirements

  • Obtain New Mexico Alcohol Server Permit
  • Obtain ServSafe certification
  • Complete pre-employment drug screening
  • Complete criminal background check
  • Ability to drive a company vehicle and travel if needed
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, hot environment
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience teaching, coaching, and training adults
  • Must maintain confidentiality and professional behavior
  • Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and respectful
  • Ability to operate relevant restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality sector with focus on restaurant operations
  • Strong business acumen and leadership experience
  • Ability to lead through influence in a collaborative environment
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate others
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and forward-thinking leadership
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
  • Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operations restrictions
  • Knowledge of relevant food safety and sanitation laws
  • Ability to handle high stress situations and changing priorities
  • Ability to delegate and hold others accountable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Commitment to diversity and ethical conduct

Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage operations of a single or multi-unit restaurant
  • Build, coach, develop, and mentor staff
  • Satisfy customers by providing exceptional dining experiences
  • Achieve sales and labor goals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Control costs through portion control and waste minimization
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy restaurant environment
