As a General Manager at Border Foods, you will be an essential leader responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- ServeSafe certification
- ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage restaurant operations effectively
- knowledge of health and safety standards and legal compliance
- proven ability to recruit, train, and retain staff
- capable of strategic planning and financial management
- excellent customer service orientation
- ability to maintain a positive work environment and handle challenging situations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- proven track record of successful hiring and retention
