Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
  • ServeSafe Certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Guide and supervise team members and shift leaders to complete assigned duties and provide safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Schedule and deploy restaurant team members effectively
  • Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards and expectations
  • Ensure fast and friendly customer service to maintain quality guest experience
  • Maintain point of sale systems reporting failures and verifying accuracy
  • Ensure health and safety standards compliance
