Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- ServeSafe Certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values of accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Guide and supervise team members and shift leaders to complete assigned duties and provide safe, quality food in a friendly manner
- Schedule and deploy restaurant team members effectively
- Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards and expectations
- Ensure fast and friendly customer service to maintain quality guest experience
- Maintain point of sale systems reporting failures and verifying accuracy
- Ensure health and safety standards compliance
