Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined education
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods CORE values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation ensuring safe, quality food and friendly customer experience
  • Schedule and deploy team members efficiently to meet operational needs
  • Monitor team member performance and hold them accountable for standards
  • Drive profit by effectively managing labor, inventory, and waste
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Handle customer complaints with sincerity and provide effective solutions
