Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined education
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience with sales building, profit and loss statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ServeSafe certification

- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods CORE values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Oversee the entire restaurant operation ensuring safe, quality food and friendly customer experience
- Schedule and deploy team members efficiently to meet operational needs
- Monitor team member performance and hold them accountable for standards
- Drive profit by effectively managing labor, inventory, and waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Handle customer complaints with sincerity and provide effective solutions
