Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
  • Physical ability to perform intermittent sitting, standing, bending, and lifting
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe certification
  • Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience
  • Proven hiring and retention success
  • Experience with P&L statements and sales building
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage overall restaurant operations
  • Build and lead a strong team
  • Ensure safe, high-quality food service
  • Monitor staff performance and hold accountable
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Handle customer complaints effectively
  • Manage scheduling and labor control
  • Oversee inventory and waste management
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training
  • Drive restaurant profitability and financial performance
