As a General Manager at Border Foods, you will serve as the heart and soul of your restaurant, responsible for the smooth operation and financial success of your location. Your mission will be to uphold our Core Values while creating a safe, welcoming environment that nurtures both team members and guests. This role includes building and leading a high-performing team that consistently delivers outstanding food quality and exceptional customer service. The General Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering teamwork, accountability, and excellence. You will engage in strategic planning, financial management including profit and loss oversight, hiring and training, and labor control. The position also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and local, state, and federal regulations.

Border Foods offers top pay in the industry, with General Managers able to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually, including substantial bonus potential of up to $40,000. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of three years of experience in restaurant or retail management, with proficiency in sales building, recruiting, P&L interpretation, and staff training. Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication skills are essential for managing diverse teams and creating memorable customer experiences. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
