Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with sales building and P&L statements
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with sales building and interpreting P&L statements
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • ServeSafe certified
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Manage overall restaurant operations ensuring quality food and friendly customer service
  • Schedule, deploy, and monitor team performance ensuring compliance with standards and expectations
  • Drive fast and friendly service maintaining excellent customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Plan strategically using profit and loss statements to maximize restaurant profitability
  • Hire, train, and develop team members while minimizing loss through cash handling and inventory control
