Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- Experience with sales building and P&L statements
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Manage overall restaurant operations ensuring quality food and friendly customer service
- Schedule, deploy, and monitor team performance ensuring compliance with standards and expectations
- Drive fast and friendly service maintaining excellent customer experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Plan strategically using profit and loss statements to maximize restaurant profitability
- Hire, train, and develop team members while minimizing loss through cash handling and inventory control
