Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- ServeSafe certification
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Proven ability in sales building, P&L management, recruiting, and training
- Successful track record of hiring and retaining high-quality team members
- ServeSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Oversee entire restaurant operation ensuring quality food and friendly customer service
- Schedule and deploy team members effectively maintaining operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance and hold members accountable to standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Manage point of sale systems including reporting failures and verifying pricing updates
- Build and maintain a positive and safe work environment fostering team unity and customer satisfaction
