Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServeSafe certified
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high quality food and friendly service
- Schedule and deploy team members efficiently
- Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable for standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Manage point of sale systems and report any failures
- Develop and implement training programs and new hire orientation
- Handle customer complaints with sincerity and effective solutions
- Control labor, inventory, and waste management
- Source, hire, and develop excellent team members
- Drive restaurant profitability through strategic planning and P&L interpretation
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for employees and guests
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
