Job Requirements
- Minimum three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and maintain operational standards
- Commitment to upholding health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education and combined experience
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ServeSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict and motivate a team effectively
Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment
- Oversee entire restaurant operations ensuring customer satisfaction with quality food and friendly service
- Schedule, deploy, and manage team members ensuring completion of duties and adherence to health and safety standards
- Monitor individual team performance and hold employees accountable for meeting standards and expectations
- Maintain point of sale systems and report system issues or pricing updates accurately
- Lead hiring, training, and orientation processes while developing personalized training plans
- Manage financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget adjustments, labor control, inventory, and loss prevention
- Handle customer complaints and resolve employee issues promptly to maintain a positive restaurant culture
- Foster a safe and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and communication
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to empower team growth and career advancement
