As a Restaurant General Manager at Shake Shack, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the company’s commitment to excellence and hospitality. This full-time role offers a competitive pay range between $74,984.00 and $96,449.60, reflecting the importance of the position in leading high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments. The General Manager is responsible for managing various operational aspects, including staffing, training, inventory control, quality, safety, and financial performance. Emphasis is placed on developing and coaching the team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences while meeting and exceeding financial and profitability targets. Responsibilities extend to maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations, managing scheduling and payroll, and representing the Shake Shack brand positively in the local community.
This leadership position is designed for individuals with a minimum of three years of experience in restaurant general management, particularly those who thrive in dynamic and challenging hospitality settings. The role requires a strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and security. Ideal candidates will demonstrate significant leadership capabilities, a passion for championing hospitality, and the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment

- food handler certification preferred
