Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
- Schedule demands may change
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- ServeSafe certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
- Manage the overall restaurant operation ensuring high food quality and customer service
- Guide and motivate team members and shift leaders, ensuring completion of duties
- Schedule and deploy team members effectively
- Monitor team performance and hold them accountable to standards
- Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with laws
- Manage cash handling, labor control, inventory, and waste management
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Develop strategic plans for restaurant success
- Provide coaching and learning opportunities for team members
