Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
  • Schedule demands may change

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Manage the overall restaurant operation ensuring high food quality and customer service
  • Guide and motivate team members and shift leaders, ensuring completion of duties
  • Schedule and deploy team members effectively
  • Monitor team performance and hold them accountable to standards
  • Ensure health and safety standards and compliance with laws
  • Manage cash handling, labor control, inventory, and waste management
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Develop strategic plans for restaurant success
  • Provide coaching and learning opportunities for team members
