Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined education and experience
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to adapt to changing schedule demands

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail management experience or equivalent education
  • Proven track record in sales building, P&L statement management, recruiting, and training
  • Experience in hiring and retention success
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation ensuring delivery of quality food and friendly service
  • Build and lead a strong team while managing scheduling and deployment effectively
  • Monitor team member performance and hold employees accountable to standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local, state, and federal laws
  • Manage point of sale systems including reporting failures and verifying accuracy
  • Handle customer complaints and employee issues with professionalism and prompt resolution
