Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment
  • Guide and schedule team members and shift leaders to ensure completion of duties
  • Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards
  • Ensure quality and fast customer service
  • Maintain point of sale system and report system failures
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
