The company supports employees with education and scholarship programs, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits even for part-time workers, and career growth opportunities with an encouraging and inclusive culture. Recognizing exceptional contributions, Border Foods hosts special rewards like annual trips to Mexico for the Best of the Best performers.

As a General Manager, you will be at the frontline of building a strong, dedicated team that consistently delivers outstanding customer service and food quality. Your role will encompass overall restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, training, health and safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset to develop both short-term and long-term plans aimed at the success and profitability of the restaurant.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 to $100,000 annually, inclusive of a base salary and bonus potential that can reach up to $40,000 annually. In addition to pay, you gain access to significant benefits such as paid vacation, sick and holiday pay, free meals, health benefits, and unique opportunities like the vacation donation program. This role demands dedication, flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and a passion for building team success through empowerment and active coaching.
