Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education
- Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training
- Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
- Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays
- ServeSafe certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Reinforce Border Foods core values including accountability, integrity, family, excellence, teamwork and empowerment
- Guide and schedule team members and shift leaders to ensure completion of duties
- Monitor team performance and hold members accountable for standards
- Ensure quality and fast customer service
- Maintain point of sale system and report system failures
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines
