Job Requirements

  • must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent experience as a general manager is required for external hires
  • valid drivers license to perform duties such as shift coverage and delivering catering orders
  • strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
  • proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
  • experience mentoring and coaching team members at various levels
  • understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial controls
  • general proficiency in POS and corporate systems
  • willingness to travel between locations and attend offsite training and business meetings

Job Qualifications

  • progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, and third-party delivery and inventory platforms
  • proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve KPI and EBITDA targets
  • excellent communication and coaching skills
  • knowledge of financial controls and inventory management
  • hospitality or business degree preferred
  • culinary and kitchen operations experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
  • coach team members on upselling techniques and provide ongoing training
  • analyze financial data and market trends to improve operations
  • foster ownership mindset and lead improvement initiatives using KPIs and EBITDA targets
  • maintain integrity, professionalism, and innovative thinking in all restaurant operations
  • develop and mentor management team members through leadership training
