Job Requirements
- must have progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent experience as a general manager is required for external hires
- valid drivers license to perform duties such as shift coverage and delivering catering orders
- strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
- experience mentoring and coaching team members at various levels
- understanding of inventory management, cost of goods, and financial controls
- general proficiency in POS and corporate systems
- willingness to travel between locations and attend offsite training and business meetings
Job Qualifications
- progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- recent prior experience as a general manager for external hires
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency with POS systems, corporate software, and third-party delivery and inventory platforms
- proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve KPI and EBITDA targets
- excellent communication and coaching skills
- knowledge of financial controls and inventory management
- hospitality or business degree preferred
- culinary and kitchen operations experience is a plus
Job Duties
- demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
- actively engage with guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere and drive sales
- coach team members on upselling techniques and provide ongoing training
- analyze financial data and market trends to improve operations

- develop and mentor management team members through leadership training
