Job Requirements

  • Three plus years in food service including two years hands-on management
  • Experience in hiring, developing, training, and motivating teams
  • Skilled in planning and managing financials, labor, and inventory
  • Hands-on experience optimizing processes in fast-paced environments
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
  • Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
  • ServSafe Manager or Regional Manager Food Safety Certification
  • Tech-savvy with digital tools for operations and reporting
  • Strong financial acumen managing budgets, labor, and P&L
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop teams
  • Exceptional adaptability and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in fast-casual or retail operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead team balancing people, operations, and business performance
  • Build an inclusive culture and coach talent
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment standards
  • Deliver brand-aligned customer experiences using guest metrics
  • Drive sales and profit through report analysis and cost management
  • Operate and support business systems and technology
  • Perform duties of Assistant Coach including Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
