Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a general manager in a restaurant setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible and extended hours
  • Must be hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Proven track record of managing large teams
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
