Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality business management or related field preferred
- At least three years of management experience in a restaurant setting
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong business acumen with financial management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required Spanish is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing walking lifting up to 50 pounds and working in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive background check as a condition of employment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years progressive management experience in the California restaurant industry with preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments
- Strong knowledge of fine dining culture and hospitality standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
- Solid understanding of budgeting cost control and financial statements
- Exceptional communication skills including English fluency Spanish fluency is a plus
- Proven ability to manage operations of high-volume restaurants and maintain brand integrity
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations ensuring excellent service team performance and guest satisfaction
- Hire train and lead staff while fostering a positive growth-oriented work environment
- Maintain high standards in food service and hospitality through hands-on supervision and mentoring
- Manage financial performance including budgeting cost control and profitability
- Support marketing efforts programming and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back-of-house coordination
- Uphold health safety and regulatory compliance at all times
- Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests
