Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Current health card according to state/local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe certification and exam
  • Expected 50-hour work week
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of restaurant experience with proven leadership across shifts
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform all job functions within the restaurant
  • Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certification process

Job Duties

  • Build and develop a team of top performers by training and mentoring
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and management of restaurant staff
  • Manage restaurant P&L to ensure profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Facilitate clear communication with field leadership and restaurant staff
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for all restaurant operations
