Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or high school equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification as required by state law
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain one
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with food safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Lead and model the 1-4-7 philosophy to deliver excellent guest service
  • Develop and motivate team members through recruitment, communication, and training plans
  • Identify strategies to retain and develop top talent
  • Coach and discipline team members while ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Achieve positive financial outcomes by meeting sales goals and optimizing profit and loss
  • Maintain restaurant facilities to meet brand standards consistently
  • Ensure compliance with food safety practices, liquor laws, and labor regulations
