Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Open availability for all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants
- Proven leadership ability in recruiting and developing teams
- Strong business acumen managing multi-million dollar operations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 3+ years previous General Manager experience for external candidates
- 1+ years experience as Fazoli's Assistant General Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer and assist at other locations as needed
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high performance team
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and maintenance
- Ensure flawless execution of Fazoli's policies, systems, and brand standards
