Job Duties
- Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations and cost controls
- maintains high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality by engaging with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu availability
- takes an active role in guest service and relations, monitors employee appearance and courtesy, and participates in marketing efforts
- controls daily operations including labor and product cost tracking, inventory management, scheduling, and follows procedures for food handling
- recruits, trains, motivates, and supervises hourly employees to maintain productivity
- implements routine preventive maintenance, conducts equipment and facility checks, and performs minor repairs
- prepares and submits operational reports, applies cash control techniques, and ensures security
- manages hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations while maintaining personnel records and fostering a safe work environment
- ensures compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
