  • ability to push/pull up to 90 lbs and carry up to 30 feet

Job Duties

  • Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations and cost controls
  • maintains high levels of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality by engaging with guests during peak hours and ensuring menu availability
  • takes an active role in guest service and relations, monitors employee appearance and courtesy, and participates in marketing efforts
  • controls daily operations including labor and product cost tracking, inventory management, scheduling, and follows procedures for food handling
  • recruits, trains, motivates, and supervises hourly employees to maintain productivity
  • implements routine preventive maintenance, conducts equipment and facility checks, and performs minor repairs
  • prepares and submits operational reports, applies cash control techniques, and ensures security
  • manages hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations while maintaining personnel records and fostering a safe work environment
