Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience as a general manager or managing partner in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • strong leadership and management abilities
  • in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and guest experience
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • recruit, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant staff
  • provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • foster a positive work environment encouraging collaboration and personal growth
  • set and maintain high standards for customer service
  • interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
  • monitor and analyze financial metrics such as sales, costs, and profitability
  • develop strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses
  • manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
  • ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards
  • conduct regular food safety and quality inspections
  • implement comprehensive training programs on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures
  • promote continuous learning and professional development among staff
