Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience as a general manager or managing partner in a high-volume, full-service setting
- strong leadership and management abilities
- in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles
- exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and guest experience
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- recruit, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant staff
- provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- foster a positive work environment encouraging collaboration and personal growth
- set and maintain high standards for customer service
- interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
- monitor and analyze financial metrics such as sales, costs, and profitability
- develop strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses
- manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control initiatives
- ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards
- conduct regular food safety and quality inspections
- implement comprehensive training programs on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures
- promote continuous learning and professional development among staff
