Job Duties
- Responsible for working the front counter to ensure quality service
- Checks product quality and communicates with customers and assures availability
- Effectively trains and coaches employees to show courtesy and handling of complaints
- Conduct meetings with team members and management team for planning, training, and reviewing operations and management procedures
- Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales utilizing local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and other costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective action
- Follow proper procedures in preparation and serving of food products
- Control restaurant inventory through an established system
- Use company approved labor guidelines
- Develop and post labor schedules in advance of work week start
- Adjust labor to changes in sales volume
- Manage restaurant cash control by making daily bank deposits
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure accidents and incidents are reported timely
- Take necessary action to minimize workers compensation
- Maintain safe work environment
- Achieve high health department rating
- Ensure professional restaurant and team image through cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Keep Area Coach informed of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll accordingly
- Maintain applicant tracking as per federal requirements
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files in accordance with laws
- Utilize preventive maintenance system for buildings and equipment
- Attend meetings scheduled by District Manager
- Perform all administrative paperwork as required
