Job Requirements
- A high school diploma, university degree preferred
- minimum of 2 years management experience
- basic math and accounting skills
- knowledge of profit and loss statements
- strong guest service skills
- strong communication skills
- leadership skills
- conflict resolution skills
- full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work a 50-hour workweek
- good personal grooming
- ability to stand for 8 hours
- ability to perform motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- ability to lift 35-50 pounds

- leading team members to create lively and fun guest interactions
- performing other assigned duties
