Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • some management experience in food service
  • valid food-handler's card
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • valid food-handler's card

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • manage staff recruitment, training, and performance
  • enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • handle inventory control and supply ordering
  • develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • maintain financial records and manage budgets
  • resolve customer complaints and uphold brand standards
