Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in p&l management and budgeting
  • strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • experience in hiring and managing a team effectively
  • excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • lead and manage staff including hiring, training, and performance management
  • maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L statements
  • implement customer service strategies to ensure satisfaction
  • coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
  • foster a positive work environment aligned with company values
