Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or similar role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong problem-solving skills
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- proficiency in p&l management and budgeting
- strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
- experience in hiring and managing a team effectively
- excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations is an advantage
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- lead and manage staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- manage budgets, financial reporting, and P&L statements
- implement customer service strategies to ensure satisfaction
- coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management
- foster a positive work environment aligned with company values
