Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, college or university degree preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass background check criteria
- 2-4 years of operational management experience in quick service restaurant or retail environment including profit and loss responsibility
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- Passionate about excellence in quality food, service, cleanliness and speed
- Dynamic and energetic leader, self-starter, proactive
- Proven leadership and coaching ability
- Able to stock shelves and clean facilities
- Able to stand, walk and lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive culture, problem solve, resolve conflicts, communicate and motivate to drive results through others
- Recruit and equip high quality operators to deliver great customer experiences
- Build a healthy and robust bench of developed and capable managers and team members
- Lead performance management process for all employees in their restaurant
- Lead by example and be a culture champion to live by Pizza Hut standards
- Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- Facilitate safe work behaviors and ensure a safe working and customer experience environment
- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor and ordering food and supplies successfully
- Ensure local health and safety codes and company policies are met
- Serve as a role model in resolving serious customer issues and train managers
- Use customer insights to improve the customer experience and meet satisfaction targets
- Track and analyze customer complaints and implement solutions
- Build SMART action plans to resolve restaurant issues
- Monitor restaurant Speed with Service performance and coach management teams
- Control profit and loss by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports
- Maintain equipment and facilities through preventive maintenance
- Review and prioritize capital expenditure requests and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controlables and coach corrective actions
- Develop and deliver unit-specific annual operating plans
- Maintain attendance and punctuality
- Take initiative and maintain high energy levels
